Pop Apologists provides a podcast, website, written content, and related media, including optional paid premium content. We may add, change, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, where required) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Certain content is available only to paying subscribers. Premium subscriptions and payments are processed through third-party providers (such as podcast, subscription, and app-store platforms). Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for those subscriptions are governed by the terms of the provider through which you subscribed. Please review those terms before subscribing.

The Service and its content — including audio, video, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may access and enjoy the content for your personal, non-commercial use. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
