Data Deletion Request

To request deletion of your data, email us at support@popapologists.com from the email address associated with your request, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

So we can locate and verify your data, please include any details that help us identify you, such as:

• Your name or the username you used to interact with us (for example, your Instagram handle);
• The platform on which you interacted with us (for example, Instagram, email, or our website);
• A brief description of the data you would like deleted.

We will confirm receipt of your request and process it within 30 days. We will delete the personal data we hold about you, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain certain information (for example, records needed to comply with legal obligations).

Some information may also be held by third-party platforms (such as Instagram, podcast hosts, or subscription providers). To delete data held directly by those platforms, please use their own tools and contact them directly.
